Developed as a companion resource to the NexusTech Solutions training, this infographic reinforces the course objectives of identifying approved AI tools, applying AI tools appropriately, and evaluating AI generated outputs before use.
The infographic was selected as the modality because it provides a concise, visual reference that learners can quickly scan while writing AI prompts. Rather than relying on memory, learners can use it during and after training as a just in time job aid to ensure they include the four essential components of an effective prompt: purpose, audience, tone, and constraints. By offering an accessible reference at the point of need, the job aid supports accurate prompt creation, encourages consistent use of AI best practices, and helps learners produce higher quality outputs with confidence.

New Server System Training
Developed as a companion resource to the New Server System Training, this infographic reinforces the course objectives of accurately identifying customer allergies, entering allergy information into the POS system, and following the correct allergy tagging process before an order is sent to the kitchen.
The infographic was selected as the modality because it provides a clear, visual checklist that employees can quickly reference during their shift. Designed as a just in time performance support tool, it is intended to be displayed near POS terminals or in server stations where employees complete customer orders. By guiding learners through the six essential steps of allergy tagging, the job aid reduces the likelihood of missed steps, promotes consistency across staff, and supports safe food handling practices by ensuring allergy information is communicated accurately before food preparation begins.
