I am an instructional designer that discovered my favorite part of education wasn't just delivering content, it was designing learning experiences that met learners where they were, sparked curiosity, and helped them build confidence. That passion led me to earn my Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, where I found the perfect intersection of education, creativity, technology, and problem-solving.
Today, I see instructional design as more than creating training, it's about solving performance challenges through meaningful learning experiences. I enjoy every stage of the design process, whether I'm collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating instruction, conducting learner analysis, creating storyboards and design documents, or building interactive eLearning experiences. I thrive on adapting to new technologies, embracing continuous learning, and creating solutions that make complex topics approachable for every learner.
